Johnson County chair candidates want marketplace to dictate growth

Dont look for Annabeth Surbaugh or Ed Eilert to rein in Johnson Countys dynamic development, which some detractors call suburban sprawl. Both candidates for the chairmanship of the Johnson County Commission said today that the marketplace should determine the rate of county growth.
