Can You Improve Your Vision Through Proper Eye Care And Exercise?

In all actuality, there is currently a very popular company on the market that has stated claims that they do indeed possess a method of eye care and exercise that is capable of helping you to see more clearly. In fact, they have been known to sell thousands of their four hundred dollar kits each month. However, there are plenty of free eye care exercises that you can find that will also do much to keep your eyes healthy. You can participate in these eye care exercises almost anytime and anywhere. Here are just a few that can help you:

Currently, there are several different types of eye problems, which can include: amblyopia or Lazy Eye, macular degeneration, blepharitis, astigmatism, cataracts, color blindness, conjunctivitis or Pink Eye, keratoconus, glaucoma, myopia, or just eye fatigue. Doctors and patients alike have agreed that often, eye exercises are effective within relieving eye stress and strain.

All of these eye exercises also may help to improve different conditions like esotropia or exotrois. Just like with any other exercise program that you begin, you are going to want to discuss this with your eye health care doctor before you participate in any of these eye exercises. In some rare situations, the eye exercises can cause even more strain to your eyes more or it could possibly incur some permanent damages further.

Before you start any of the following eye exercises, you are going to need to remove your contacts if you are wearing any, if you were to wear them during the exercises, you may have some problems associated with your contacts, it is quiet possible that they could become dislodged, fold, or maybe even form a suction to your eyeball.

Whatever you do, don't apply any pressure to your eyeballs, and you may also want to take part in the eye care exercises in private.

1. Sit down in a chair, making sure that you are in a comfortable position. Then briskly rub both of your hands together until they have gotten warm. Forming your palms so that they are slightly cupped, you are going to shut your eyes and then gently cover them with your warm hands. Make sure that you don't apply any amount of pressure to your eyeballs. Don't cover your nose. Practice and relax with some very deep breathing as you begin to de-stress your body and your eyes.

2. Squeeze your eyes so that they are shut for a period of several seconds, and then open them wide for a couple more seconds, You should repeat this seven to eight times, then by using your finger tips, you are going to shut your eyes and gently massage them. By using a circular motion, remember not to press hard. Follow through with this eye exercise for around a minute.

Now that you know a couple of the eye care exercises, you have some idea what is in store for you in the event that your eye doctor recommends eye exercise.
